Bijay Baral and Barsha Raut as a couple of Malati Mangale
The official teaser of Malati Mangale is released, offering a first glimpse into a village set love story that slowly turns intense and emotional. The film is set to release across Nepal on Baisakh 25.
Produced and presented by Ram Krishna Dhakal, the teaser was released through OSR Digital. It shows a relationship that begins with love and trust but later slips into doubt and conflict.
The story follows Bijay Baral and Barsha Raut as a couple who fall in love and get married. In one early moment, Bijay promises Barsha that he would rather die than make her cry. It feels honest and warm.
But things change after marriage. The second half of the teaser shows tension building. In a public setting, Bijay lashes out at Barsha, accusing her of betrayal. Barsha’s reaction, shocked and emotional hints at a deeper story behind the conflict.
Meksam Gaudel also appears in a strong role, confronting Bijay and adding another layer to the drama. The teaser ends on a mix of pain and lingering romance, leaving questions unanswered.
The film is directed by Praku Pandey and produced under Rani Films in collaboration with Uni Entertainment. The story is written by the director himself, with screenplay and dialogue by Sanyog Guragain.
