Manoj Gurung and Anusha Rai Feature in New Pension Patta Song
The makers of Nepali film ‘Pension Patta’ have released its second song, ‘Aina Herera, Kapal Korera’, a romantic track featuring Manoj Gurung and Anusha Rai.
Written and composed by Suraj Tamu, the song is performed by Tamu alongside popular singer Shanti Shree Pariyar. Manoj Thapa Magar has arranged the music.
Built around love and affection, the song carries a distinctly Nepali musical flavour while offering a glimpse into the romantic side of the film. Manoj Gurung and Anusha Rai lead the music video, with their onscreen chemistry highlighting the relationship at the centre of the sequence.
Directed by Mao Tse Gurung, ‘Pension Patta’ explores the lives of former Gurkhas and their families through themes of pension rights, family relationships, love, sacrifice, separation and emotional conflict.
The film stars Dayahang Rai, Gaumaya Gurung, Wilson Bikram Rai, Buddhi Tamang, Pashupati Rai, Bishwas Gurung, Maya Gurung, Manoj Gurung and Anusha Rai, among others.
‘Pension Patta’ has received a Universal (U) certificate from Nepal’s Central Film Censor Board and is scheduled for nationwide release on Bhadra 26.
