Pratap Das & Samikshya Adhikari’s soulful new song ‘Bayan’ brings Santosh Sargam Adhikari’s inspiring journey to screen
A brand-new Nepali song “Bayan”, performed by popular singers Pratap Das and Samikshya Adhikari, has been officially released. The music video was premiered at Shivalaya Cineplex in Bidur, Nuwakot, amid a special event attended by the video production team and distinguished local personalities.
The melodious track, penned by Santosh Sargam Adhikari and composed by Saroj Pokharel, tells a heartfelt story inspired by the real-life journey of lyricist and businessman Santosh himself. The video marks his debut screen appearance, portraying his struggles and achievements.
Directed by Roshan Das, the video has been beautifully shot across scenic locations in Nuwakot. Alongside Santosh, the video features Priyana Acharya, Narayan BK, and Rupa Pudasaini. Cinematography is by Niteesh Ghatan, with editing, coloring, and VFX handled by Binod Bam.
The audio arrangement is done by Dibesh Rai, with mixing and mastering by Kishor Thapa. The song was recorded at A One Musician Studio, engineered by Rajesh Shrestha.
