Mansarra follows the journey of Manrani (played by Miruna Magar), a strong yet vulnerable single mother from the Limbu community. After being abandoned by her lover, she moves to Kathmandu with her son Tancho, navigating economic struggles, cultural prejudices, and the weight of societal judgment. Alongside her story runs the struggle of Dadhiram (Prabin Khatiwada), an educated Brahmin man battling the stigma of infertility. His decisions leaving his first wife, remarrying, and facing the consequences highlight the deep-seated pressures surrounding masculinity, family, and tradition.
