The final trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day, titled “Peter’s Journey,” blends Peter Parker’s painful past with explosive new threats.
The footage revisits key moments from Tom Holland’s earlier Spider-Man films before returning to the aftermath of Spider-Man: No Way Home. Although MJ and Ned no longer remember him, Peter remains haunted by the life and relationships he lost.
One of the trailer’s most emotional moments centres on the letter Peter wrote to MJ. He once planned to reveal the truth, but ultimately chose to stay away to protect her from the dangers surrounding Spider-Man.
The trailer quickly shifts into action, showing an extended clash between Spider-Man and Bruce Banner’s Savage Hulk. Their confrontation remains unexplained, leaving viewers to question whether Hulk is an enemy, an unstable ally or part of a much larger conflict.
Scorpion, The Hand and the Punisher also appear connected to the growing chaos, suggesting the film will mix street-level crime with large-scale Marvel action.
Tom Holland returns as Peter Parker, alongside Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Mark Ruffalo and Jon Bernthal. Sadie Sink also joins the cast in an undisclosed role.
Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, Spider-Man: Brand New Day follows a lonely Peter who has devoted himself entirely to being Spider-Man, even as his increasingly dangerous life begins to threaten his own existence.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day is scheduled to open in US theatres on July 31, 2026.
