First glimpse of Nepali Film ‘I Am Jeet Bahadur’ has just revealed the teaser. The teaser showcases comedic titan Jeetu Nepal (popularly known as Mundre) stepping into a fresh avatar, not just as the lead, but as the producer of this film about dreams, grit, and the journey from village life to the big city.
In this teaser, Jeetu brings to life a young man from a rural village who comes to Kathmandu chasing his dream to become an actor. Alongside him, screen favorites Barsha Raut, Priyanka Karki, Sandeep Khati, and Deshbhakta Khanal in compelling roles that hint at both drama and humor.
The film is produced under the banner of Karmabhumi Creations, with Nischal Kuwar and Niraj Nepal as executive producers, and Jeetu supported by fellow producers Rajan Singhka and Dipendra Adhikari.
Shot by veteran Indian cinematographer Arvind and directed by Suvendu Raj Ghosh, ‘I Am Jeet Bahadur’ is slated for release this Ashar (June – July) aiming to stir hearts with its mix of comedy, real life ambition and cultural drama.
This marks a rare creative turn for Jeetu Nepal, the man behind countless hits like ‘Chhakka Panja’ moving from beloved comic actor to storyteller with a deeper narrative on climbing the ladder in Nepali showbiz.
